Tact Home Global Design Corporation (THGD) was established in 2019 in Makati City, the Central Business district of the Philippines.

Its parent company, Tact Home Co., Ltd., is a subsidiary of Iida Group Holdings, and the largest housing developer in Japan that sells approximately 6,000-unit houses yearly.

At present, 3D Perspectives play a vital role in promoting sales of residential homes, serving as a tool that instantly enables customers to visualize the outcome of a project prior its’ completion. This, we at Tact Home Global Design Corporation (THGD), are dedicated to provide.
